The first "largest Wings of Glory game" record was set on Sunday, May 5th, at the convention "Si Gioca", in Ferrara, Northern Italy. Eighty players took part to a huge WW1 Wings of Glory dogfight. The convention also hosted the first Italian previews of the upcoming Sails of Glory game, with the presence of one of the authors, Andrea Angiolino, and Roberto Di Meglio, Production and R&D director at Ares Games.

Sails of Glory was first presented to the public on Friday evening (May, 3), at Dragon Store shop, and then on Saturday (May, 4), at the city public library, with several demo games scheduled through the duration of the show.

For the record-breaking WW1 Wings of Glory game, the organizers placed a long table in the historical square facing of the beautiful Cathedral. Both convention attendees and passer-bys were invited to play. The game gathered 80 people, marking the record for the largest game with the Wings of Glory game system.
