Ares Games srl treats the data (name, address, e-mail, phone numbers, ordered items.) entrusted by its clients with the strictest confidentiality. There will be only such personal data collected that is required for the performance and processing of our services or that you have voluntarily provides to us. Personal or business information, such as name, E-mail and postal address, will be exclusively used for personal support of the clients, for the processing of the contractual agreement, billing purposes, communication of orders, transmission of product information and for (technical) administration purposes. Upon contract closure the participants accept the processing and utilization of their data to this extent and agree to be informed of future services of Ares Games srl. The participants can revoke their consent to information about future services of Ares Games srl any time.

Newsletter

The Ares Games newsletter informs about current events, offers and news regarding Ares Games activity and products. You can subscribe to our free newsletter with a few personal details. With the subscription to the newsletter you agree that all given data will be processed in the course of the distribution of the newsletter for promotional purposes. This consent can always be revoked without specifications by clicking the unsubscribe link which can be found at the end of every newsletter or by sending a respective email to customercare@aresgames.eu If you wish to change your data, please contact us anytime via email to customercare@aresgames.eu.
For the distribution and analysis of selected newsletters the data will be sent to the mail handling provider Rapidmail GmbH. Rapidmail records the opening and clicking behavior of the newsletter. In practice the following information will be tracked: time of delivery, time of opening, length of opening, IP-address of opening, used email program (mail client), which link has been clicked on and the point of time. The processing and usage of the data will exclusively occur in the territory of the European Union.

Transfer of data to third parties

Your personal data will neither be published by Ares Games srl nor transferred to any third party, especially without your consent. For the proper achievement of the purposes, it may be necessary to transfer your data to third parties, especially our service providers of fulfillment and logistics. We only work with parties that guarantee us sufficient technical and organizational measures to provide adequate and effective protection of your rights. The third parties include:
  • Alliance Game Distributors, Baltimore MD, USA, our fulfillment partner for North America;
  • Ludopackt GMBH & Co. KG, Germany, Jettingen-Scheppach, our fulfillment partner for Europe and rest of the world;
  • rapidmail GmbH, the service company managing our newsletter.

Ares Games Srl can be legally obliged to pass on your data when it is necessary for assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims before an authority.

The protection of your personal data will be carried out through appropriate organizational and technical provisions. These provisions concern especially the protection of unauthorized, illegal as well as accidental access, processing, loss, usage and manipulation.
