The Sails of Glory campaign on Kickstarter goes on in plain sailing and another stretch goal was achieved at the beginning of its third day, with over $ 75,000 of pledges, opening a new “shipyard” to produce the USS Constitution frigate.
Started on March 5th, the campaign reached its funding goal of $ 30,000 in less than 9 hours, and the first stretch goal of $ 50,000 was achieved in the first day – opening the HMS Victory shipyard.
The next goals are US$ 100,000, to fund the design and production of the Sails of Glory Game Mat, and $ 110,000, to fully fund the design and production of the Sails of Glory laser-cut, wooden version of the Attitude Indicator. These two items will be free of charge to all backers at Captain level and up.
Further stretch goals will be revealed as the project goes on.
